Pre-orders, not instant sales

Placing a pre-order is a request to buy, not a completed sale. No contract exists until we confirm your order by email and you agree to the price, delivery charge and timeline we quote.

We may decline or cancel a pre-order — for example if an item is unavailable or an address cannot be served. Since no payment is taken upfront, nothing needs to be refunded when that happens.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and do not include delivery, which is quoted for your address at confirmation.

Prices and availability may change until your order is confirmed. If a price shown was wrong, we will tell you before proceeding rather than silently charging a different amount.

Products and photographs

We photograph the actual article rather than using stock imagery. Even so, natural materials vary: Tulsi and other woods differ slightly in grain, colour, size and weight between pieces, and screens render colour differently.

We describe materials as they are supplied to us. Where a finish is described by its appearance — a silver-coloured casing, for example — that describes the finish and is not a claim about the purity of a metal.

What we do not claim

Descriptions on this site explain what articles mean within the Vaishnava tradition. They record belief and customary practice — they are not promises of any particular outcome.

Nothing sold here is a medical device or a remedy, and nothing on this site is medical, financial, legal or astrological advice. No specific result is guaranteed from wearing, using or keeping any article.

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to SUMERU and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site or submit the order form automatically; submissions are rate-limited.
